I've never done business with this company by last week I found myself stranded on the side of the road with my trailer in tow. My scissor jack wouldn't fit under the axel and my other jack was at home in my garage nearly an hour away. I didn't know him at the time but Wayne (co-owner of American Eagle) rolled up at just the right time, pulled his rolling jack and helped me repair the issue, mentioned that he used to build trailers so he knows the tricks to fixing them, and always stops when he sees a trailer on the side of the road. He gave me a couple tips in case this happened again and I was on the road in 10 minutes flat. What an outstanding citizen. I asked for his name and card. That is when I found out he owns this company. If they do business like they do life, I will absolutely 100% do business with American Eagle the next time I need a dump trailer and I suggest you do the same. I really appreciate the help Wayne.
